OUR STORY

ROOTED IN THE MISSION

Traditional missionary access to the MENA region has been shifting for years. Al-Bab was founded not to change the mission, but to change the method—creating a new vehicle for an unchanging calling.

Phase 1

The Vision Identified

Recognizing that traditional religious visas were increasingly denied or revoked, leaders from multiple sending agencies gathered to envision a more resilient access strategy.

Phase 2

The First Platform

Al-Bab established its first fully operational business entity in the MENA region, successfully securing commercial visas and residency for our first cohort of workers.

Phase 3

Expanding Partnerships

We formalized Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with major sending agencies, creating a structured bridge to separate corporate infrastructure from pastoral care.

Phase 4

Regional Growth

Al-Bab operates multiple viable businesses across the region, sustaining dozens of Gospel workers and opening doors that were previously closed to traditional missions.
